There was no winner in tonight’s game against Ethnikos Achnas in “Antonis Papadopoulos”, since the tie without any goals, resulted in our team losing two precious points.
Although Anorthosis had the ball possession throughout the game and didn’t feel threatened by the opponent, nevertheless we didn’t manage to exploit any of our chances and reach to the victory. This was the first match we didn’t win at home, since we have had four winnings in four games up to today in “Papadopoulos”. Moreover, it was our first tie in the championship.
The starting lineup was Kaminski, Holgersson, Laifis, Demetriou, Nuhu, Maisuradze, Calvo, Aburjania, Makris, Yakovenko. Sabala substituted Yakovenko in 72′ while Garcia took Maisuradze’s place in 75′. Makris left his place to Ede in 86′.
